What's my thought about short sale, foreclosure and bank owned properties?
It is really not good for banks, but good for new homeowners and investors. To tell you the truth, the banks should have worked out something with the homeowners before they let the properties go to foreclosure. They should also consider selling to investors who are willing to take fixer uppers to be resold in the community. It is a big risk when they don't bend the rules. |
